Client requested to create a systematic way to improve the recruitment efforts of their volunteers for their in-school mentoring program.

 

The goal with this project was to create a systematic way to improve the efforts of the volunteer recruiters for the Links-Up Mentoring Program.

 

The final product is an Orientation Packet that is to be used as a Recruiter's Guide. This guide should equip the recruiters with all the tools they need to more effectively recruit potential volunteers. 

​

In addition to the Orientation Packet, we created a short tutorial video that demonstrates how to successfully give a recruiting speech to potential volunteers of the program.
