Designing Physical Activity Opportunities During  Classroom Instruction to Increase Cognitive Brain Function and Prevent Cognitive Overload

Intervention Proposal was completed in 2018, as a first year graduate student in the Instructional Design program at UAB. 

​

The Intervention proposes the incorporation of Physical Activity into any learning environment.

 

Specific intervention was chosen because of my background and experience in Physical Education and the K-12 classroom.
